I talked about speculoos few days ago… Here is it. It’s a little cookie with a lot of canella, typical from North of France and Belgium. Love it!

The “brick” leaf is very thin and transparent. It gives to food a “mille feuille” aspect and it’s very easy to cook. Not very expensive in France, but it’s more difficult to find it in Morocco.

Moroccan pastilla with seafood. Quite spicy. And Tsukune! I mixed two cultures x)
